The class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of anyone who was potentially exposed to hepatitis A by consuming food and drink at the McDonald's restaurant on March 14, 2012 or during breakfast hours on March 16, 2012, or through exposure to other restaurant patrons who had eaten at the restaurant during those times.
